These Terms and Conditions shall apply and bind to all DENTIROAM Customers (“Customer”) who uses or may use DENTIROAM WIRELESS INTERNET Services (as defined herein) provided by Tanzania Education and Research Network (TERNET) (“Conditions of Use’).
When you use or register as an DENTIROAM Customer, you agree to abide by these Conditions of Use. You therefore need to read and fully understand these Conditions of Use and if you do not agree with them, you must not proceed to register for and/or use the DENTIROAM Services.
Student or “DENTIROAM Customer” means a student of higher learning education who has successfully subscribed and can use DENTIROAM services on his/her device, either computer or mobile phone.
Account means your DENTIROAM Account, maintained by TERNET which keeps records of your package transactions.
Account Holder means a DENTIROAM Customer who is a student.
Activation date means a date on which student successfully subscribed and can use Dentiroam services.
Password means a secret student’s identification number used by students to access Dentiroam services.
Registration Number means the unique identification of student.
Dentiroam service means the services provided by TERNET to students of higher learning education after the payment to respective bundle has been paid.
Bundle means the internet access package
Bronze Daily means 512kbps unlimited access to internet for a Day.
Silver Daily means 1024kbps unlimited access to internet for a Day.
Gold Daily means 2048kbps unlimited access to internet for a Day.
Bronze Week means 512kbps unlimited access to internet for a week.
Silver Week means 1024kbps unlimited access to internet for a week.
Gold Week means 2048kbps unlimited access to internet for a week.
1. COMMENCEMENT AND TERM
1.1. These terms and conditions shall apply immediately upon subscription of Dentiroam services and shall continue in force at times the student shall be using Dentiroam services until the account is closed.
2. SUBSCRIPTION TO DENTIROAM SERVICES
2.1. A new student may register for Dentiroam service provided he/she has an active and valid Registration number.
2.2. To subscribe for Dentiroam service, a registered student clicks on “Buy bundle” button on a login page and choose preferred bundle.
2.3. The Dentiroam service is limited to one account and each bundle is for one device per student.
2.4. In registration all information must be complete and accurate in all aspects, the Dentiroam system may reject to save the information if some fields are left blank.
2.5. When complete registration process, you are required to buy bundle to Dentiroam access internet service.
3. THE DENTIROAM SERVICE
3.1. The DENTIROAM Services are made available to you subject to these Conditions of Use, although we will try to ensure that you are able to make full use of the Network to access wireless internet within the campus area, we do not guarantee that the DENTIROAM Services will be available at all times and we will not be responsible or liable for any loss whatsoever or howsoever arising as a consequence of any non-availability of the DENTIROAM Services. The DENTIROAM Services are not fault free and factors including (but not limited to) geographical topography, weather conditions, planned maintenance or rectification work on the Network may interfere adversely with the quality and provision of the DENTIROAM Services;
3.2. You must comply with any instructions that we may give from time to time about the DENTIROAM Services.
4. SUSPENSION AND DISCONNECTION OF THE SERVICE/CLOSURE OF ACCOUNT
4.1. We may suspend (bar), restrict or terminate the provision of the DENTIROAM Services (wholly or partly) and/or close your Account without informing you and without any liability whatsoever (although, we will, where possible, try to inform you that such action is or may be taken) under the following circumstances:

5.1. All transactions must be made through the mobile payment via mobile companies displayed by the Dentiroam system when you’re purchasing a bundle.
6. SECURITY AND UNAUTHORIZED USE
6.1. The owner is responsible for the safekeeping and proper use of the registration number and password.
7. CUSTOMER’S OBLIGATIONS
7.1. You are solely responsible for any transmitted material and or communication, which is classified as defamatory, illegal or in breach of any copyright and shall indemnify and keep us indemnified against any claims and expenses made against us in respect thereof.
7.2. You must not use the DENTIROAM Services to commit any offence(s) against the Law.
8. OUR OBLIGATIONS
8.1. Dentiroam undertakes subject to these Terms and Conditions to provide the Services to the students.
8.2. Dentiroam shall make available to the students from time to time in a campus area.
8.3. Dentiroam shall from time to time publish charges applicable to the Services.
8.4. Dentiroam shall keep the student’s information and communications confidential subject to exceptions provided herein or as may be provided in any statutory law.
9. GENERAL
9.1. All copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights used as part of the DENTIROAM Services or contained in our documents are owned by TERNET or its licensors. You agree that you acquire no rights thereto.
